Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anqing Nixing Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Glow Ray. Services Description

Glow Ray provides professional computer systems design and related technical services, including but not limited to computer integrated systems design, scientific research and development, management and technical consulting, specialized design services, and architectural and engineering services. The specific scope and nature of services will be defined in separate service agreements or statements of work executed between you and Glow Ray.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Ray and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

Termination

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the courts of Anqing City, Anhui Province, China for resolution. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
